A memorial builds from items left behind by friends, family and the citizens of Baton Rouge at the site where Alton Sterling, 37, was shot and killed by a police officer after a homeless man called in a complaint that Sterling had brandished a gun after asking him for money. Sterling had been selling CD's outside of the Triple S grocery store.
