An NYPD Detective looks over evidence left behind at the scene where an FBI agent allegedly shot one of three men in the process of breaking into his wife's car. The incident occured sometime after 5 a.m. in the South Ozone Park neighbrhood of Queens near the intersection of Sutter Avenue and 130th Street. Police suspect the off duty FBI agent may have fired his gun through the second floor window of his home. The NYPD and the FBI are both independently investigating the circumstances and legality of the shooting. The only item reported stolen from the vehicle was a car radio.
